Daytime moon angle to sun WRONG for reflection...moon is NOT reflecting myjbmYeah, and I have seen this same phenomenon. Beautiful, simple, clearly explained... convincing. The moon does not seem to be reflecting the light of the sun.

This guy is starting out as a debunker, but he is probably not sure on either hypothesis (flat earth or spherical earth):
Flat Earth Vanishing Point Sly Sparkane
Very important comment below his video, from a famous flat earther:

Interesting points and demonstrations about the size of the sun, points which flat earthers rarely make and even less demonstrate visually:

Let's start with some useful resources on how the sun moves over the flat earth map, causing the seaons: This has been debunked beyond doubt: it's impossible that the sun lights up the earth below and the moon, but not in between.

Flat Earthers Please Explain Sun Vanishing Point pgfracing
Good points. He knows how to differentiate between the replies by flat earthers to the best flat earth debunking objection of why we can't see the sun from everywhere on flat earth all the time. There are two replies by flat earthers: 1) distance (and he says it's invalid, 2) vanishing point (and he says it's also invalid)

I don't understand your sentence. Can you please explain it in another way? I explained that graphically in one of the videos that I made about it. You see the sun, the moon and a model of a flat earth. The sun shines down to earth below, sideways to the moon, but not in an angle to the far half of earth (where it's completely dark).

Oh, thanks for the explanation.
I am not an expert on the moon, unfortunately, and furthermore, flat earthers have several different theories for the moon. They all say it is translucent, but do not agree on the rest.

Flat Earth - The Moon Explained 100% StinkyCash
This would seem to make sense, at minute 3 and 4, but -- correct me if I am wrong -- the problem is that if the moon is completely opposite relative to the sun, and completely full and lit by the sun, then they should be able to see the sun right below the moon, too, since they're at the same distance as the moon (just a bit more), yet they do not, because otherwise that would be a midnight sun on the equator. So I am only partially convinced.

Here's another video on the same subject (I was wondering about this, because I've been observing the moon, and it looked unexplainable on a flat earth): Why Moon Phases point me to Flat Earth William BrowerGood objections to the sperical earth model, although it didn't completely clarify my doubts either. Of course I still consider him a hard-working and intelligent person. Another important point to make is that both this YouTuber and the previous one do not say the moon is "self-luminescent", as Eric Dubay and others say. The problem with the moon is that there is no consensus among flat earthers.

Flat Earth & the midnight sun revisited my perspective
Once again, I don't understand his very renowned videos. Everyone says he's a genius, I don't understand his videos, and so I am starting to think that I am stupid. Maybe so much multi-tasking on the web has distracted me, gotten me used to a short attention span, and made me stupid.
