There is a new kid in town. Please join the revolution - flat earth activism with a twist of the sword  knowing some of the path, searching for new found truth, researching for more effective ways to reach out, to touch the unaware and change finally the paradigm of misery, scarcity and oppression. Another nail in the psychopath's coffin  Flat Earth TruthAs our short life on ifers showed, we all need a back up plan and a fall back position when shtf for whatever reasons - for one, reasonably we may expect the provider of this forum format to have a change of heart; after all we do dance mostly on a very tight rope here. Also there is a certain unique flavour on every one of those forums and choosing in the spur of the moment the right channel may be what makes all the difference. Maybe we create a new play field here, where many small units pursue the same goal (with one or two exception unfortunately, see Empathy fall from grace, after ifers). This is guerrilla war. They always lose under such challenge; guerrilla war is not about superiority of material and personnel, but of dedication, spirit, intelligence and clandestine heroics of small groups of believers in justice, freedom and truth. Yes, I joined your forum.
I will not forget that you just experienced a week of verbal and emotional abuse by the Empathy-Way administrator because you sided with the persecuted minority of that moment, that is to say with me and Ute. Thank you for that. You wrote a post in German and you spoke in my favor at a time when I was unpopular on that forum and under attack for having tested my freedom of speech by posting a flag of Israel and their national anthem (as I explained in that very post, just for the sake of testing my freedom of speech, after the administrator had said that the "Jew brothers" were welcome to his forum, and that I was "free as a bird" to speak my mind).
Every forum seems to be a very tough test on the administrator. Eric Dubay failed his test one month after creating his forum, by banning all those who disagreed with him on the Holocaust and on Mark Sargent, and making up excuses and defaming them as "shills".
Other administrators have failed their tests in various ways (usually intolerance and/or verbal abuse) a little sooner and others a little later. Our tests have not come yet. We've both just started our own forums, and for now we have not yet offended anyone...We will see how well we will be doing in about one month.

Sensible and true words, my dear friend.
You are a realist and probably that's why we go along well, we both remain wary of the possibility of failing our own standards -
But you see this humility and honesty is not common amongst those that seek control and power over others -
still, I remain concerned about my own "performance" and intend to delegate the admin of my new enterprise to someone I trust
more than I trust myself.
Anyway, I always felt better among paupers, destitutes and rejects of this world; those without any power, only soul, only spirit.
That is my natural habitat.

Yes, me, too. I dislike those with power, because usually they reached it by abusing others, and they use it to abuse them more.

One more thing, @donquixote. Regarding this "network of forums" which you mentioned in the title and regarding the sentence "...where many small units pursue the same goal", I have a question to you: what is this "goal" we are referring to? Because my goal until now was to beat IFERS (in terms of users, at least in total), but your goal seems to be beating the Illuminati. I was more comfortable with the former objective, because more reachable and less dangerous. I am not Eric Dubay but Milton from Office Space, remember:  I am not ready for a long term crusade against evil. Let me know, because, depending on your answer, I might retire, for lack of allies. I wanted to beat IFERS by myself, by creating a forum that showed them how things should be done. But of course if I allied myself with other forums, that would become much easier. However, the problem in this sense is that these many forums I could ally myself with are all forums which I left because they were not as good as I thought in terms of free speech and respect. So I don't know how much I should compromise, and find allies or not compromise and stay alone, or maybe ally with you (with the usual cross-registration), provided that you still want me, because in 24 hours your forum has gotten the same amount of members that mine has had in one week. Well I think that there is not a real conflict as it may appear here, dear @acenci. To beat Eric you need to cover the Flat Earth with quite a passion and zest - but this is most probably the ptb main conspiratorial instrument as it is  Do you think that they will not come after you because your real goal is Eric Dubay after all and the exposure of the Flat Earth, that has the potential to destroy them, is forgiven because is only a collateral kind of a damage ? I don't know, but from where I am sitting, if you promote FE you enter the crosshairs of tptb. |

I am enjoying this forum thing, so we might be able to do everything at once: flat earth, promotion of our good forums with good values, and give a lesson to IFERS, or make them change and become a good forum.
