You might be interested in these videos. I find them fascinating in a disturbing way. I have watched almost all of them. I think they are based off the book, Programmed to Kill: The Politics of Serial Murder. Not sure if this is "MK Ultra" or not. I got Brice Taylor's book 'Thanks For the Memories' a few years ago. That's not her actual name by the way. A similar book is 'Tranceformation of America' by Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips. Both books give lots of negative information about famous people also giving evidences of how different industries such as the military, country music, or professional baseball as well as some foreign heads of state are manipulated, etc. both books are good, and Brice Taylor seems to be the most fully recovered and mentally balanced.
Before either of these ladies' memoirs were published, they were discovered and encouraged by the late Walter Bowart who published a newspaper in New York in the 1960's that was apparently a staple part of the leftist movement then. In 1978, Bowart published his book 'Operation Mind Control' which is more thorough than John Marks book on this subject published about the same time (1979). Marks' book chronicles the classic background and early history of MK Ultra in the 1950's and 1960's, but his book finishes leaving one with the impression that this program stopped with the exposures and setbacks the CIA had in the 1970's. By contrast, Bowart obviously views it as ongoing.
In 1994, Walter Bowart independently published a limited edition (of only 500 copies if I am not mistaken - I managed to purchase a bound photocopy of it) and vastly expanded and updated second edition of 'Operation Mind Control' of almost 700 pages which includes separate chapters about Cathy O'Brien and Brice Taylor before either of their books were published. This second edition is harder to come by than the first.

The actual name of the program that Brice Taylor and Cathy O'Brien were part of in the 1970's and 1980's was called the 'Monarch' program.
