Well, she didn't exactly explain it well in the video. The only way those bottles would work in space is using centrifugal motion by swinging the bottle around so that the contents would go toward the lid. All there other food comes in special packaging not like how we buy things on Earth. It would make more sense to use packages like a ketchup package or toothpaste tube. Anyway, sauce would be a luxury as it is only for taste and could get messy in space. Sauce is a sticky liquid.
Every time they would use the sauce they would have to swing it around to get the contents toward the lid. We often store thicker sauces upside down which takes advantage of gravity to keep the contents near the lid.
A bottle is heavy plastic and even when it is empty it takes up space. But soft packaging like a ketchup packet or toothpaste tube gets smaller after its use.
As for Chris Hatfield almost licking the scissors, that's not a big deal. When you cut open a food package often the scissors or knife would get some juices on the blade. Licking a knife could come naturally and he could have started to do that with the scissors and realized scissors aren't clean and so stopped himself. I think it would be a funny gif though.

That is assuming that the I.S.S. is real, which I seriously doubt. So I googled "turning the ISS feed on and off" and all I got was some nonsense about UFO sightings. More bullshit from Never A Straight Answer, NASA! So what the heck are Jeran and company talking about??

Yeah, it seems Jeran would have to be saying something is flying around above the flat earth. Bob's reasonable answer is that they cut out so they don't have to show land mass. Jeran says, yeah, that could be it too (just before 1:55:30).

Yeah, hmm, my opinion, as I probably said before, is that if I film you for 20 hours, I will catch you as well in the act of doing some masonic hand sign. Especially if you're someone who uses his hands while talking.
In other words, I think neither you nor Dubay are freemasons, but will involuntarily do some hand signs.
Matt Boylan instead is ambiguous. I mistrust him a bit, and I think he's either a freemason, or, more likely, he wants us to think he is one, in order to feel more important. He does all sorts of things to make himself look important and call attention to himself.
