Thanks for sharing, admin. The first one I have already seen. It made me very much thinking about. it's really strange, that the flight routes are so unreasonable, if the earth is round. And take a very much longer time, than necessary. But there is still the problem with the shape of the Australian continent. What is not correct at all on the map of the flat earth. I really don't know, what I shall believe. Maybe all maps are somehow wrong.

In this video, he discusses maps, the poles, flight routes: They're hiding something at your "North Pole"Zhib Rhan I don't know how he can stay so mentally healthy and alert. No other flat earther has such a sincere, coherent and firm delivery in his videos. He probably records these videos and then spends the rest of the day outdoors.

One problem though, the article says the flight took off from, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. So this flight wasn't straight from Bali to Los Angeles, it looks like the flight started in Bali and then went to Taiwan. I haven't see the flight number to see the flight route. It still an odd detour though. I just wonder if the flight kept going north to another city.

Yes, maybe the most tangible evidence of flat earth until now. The curvature formulas are not as blatant evidence.

Here's the flight path.I think they have it arc because it's supposed to be a ball? A straight line isn't possible on a ball. It would be an arc any way you went on that flight. If it's arced toward Alaska that is how they could explain how it's a shortcut, I guess. And yet be a logical way to fly on a flat earth.

Great work, thanks. However, I am not convinced that on a globe their flight route makes sense. So, that flight path itself (like many others) shows that the earth is flat. Check it out: earth.nullschool.net/If they were on a globe, the plane should at least follow the same parallel, to keep the trip as short as possible.

Yes, I agree the flight path seems to show a flat earth route. That is a cool web site.
I hope another video is made on this event.

Acenci, We might have a problem. Acenci's original postFebruary 26, 2015, 03:10:30 AM Acenci, I think you were right when you posted this on The Flat Earth Society forum. And no wonder you were kicked off of it. You were right and they couldn't have too much truth and unanswered questions. I checked out the Flight Manager link you provided which does indeed show that the flight time from Sydney, Australia (SYD) to Santiago, Chile (SCL) is 13 hours and 35 minutes at 460 knots. At the 12.5 hour stated flight time the speed would be 490.8 knots which is in line with the long range maximum cruising speed of 490 knots. The Boeing 747-400 has a maximum cruising speed of 507 knots. Boeing Maximum Cruising SpeedThen I checked the distances for both a round earth and a flat earth with my spreadsheet. See the attached file for a screen print of the calculations. For the latitudes and longitudes of the two locations my calculator shows the distance of a flat disc earth (FE) and a round/spherical earth (RE). The flat earth is calculated using a flat plane and Cartesian coordinates, whereas the spherical earth surface distance is calculated using the standard earth radius and spherical trigonometry. My distance for a round earth is 6,129.85 nautical miles compared to 6,135.01 n.m., whereas for a flat earth the distance is over twice that or 13,880.96 nautical miles. Therefore the speed of an airplane from SYD to SCL on a flat earth would be 13,880.96 n.m / 12.5 hours = 1,110.5 knots. Houston, we have a problem. The maximum cruising speed of a Boeing 747-400 is only 507 knots! It's maximum range is only 7,284 nautical miles--only half of the distance! Attachments:FE Distance SYD-SCL.bmp (883.31 KB)

No, wait, that is the only forum (together with tfes.org) that did not kick me out. In fact only IFERS kicked me out and I left every other forum, including the Concave Earthers, where however I was told "get the fuck out" personally by Steve.
Regarding your objections, there is conflicting evidence as you pointed out, but I think we have more evidence on the flat earth side. But don't feel offended -- I am just saying my own opinion on this.
I hope heathen will join us in this peaceful discussion.

My bad. Well, then congratulations I think. At least for not getting booted out. But then again, Tom Bishop was such a two-faced shill that I noticed he gave you a half-assed answer that did not make any sense. Flights being late. What nonsense!
As for me, the numbers speak for themselves. Unless someone can come up with a plausible "flat-earth" reply that is semi-cogent, I think we have to conclude that the world is indeed spherical--concave that is.

I know someone, who I am talking to right now, who had to take a flight in a Boeing sized cargo plane for one of the major international courier corporations. She traveled 1870 miles (I used an online flight mileage calculator, webflyer.com to arrive at that mileage, one way). She said it was super fast, it took about 2.5 hours. This was not a passenger plane but she says this looked like a normal Boeing plane except it was all made for cargo. And she was only allowed on it because they required her to be. I don't want to be specific about her but I know this happened because I talked to her that day and she talked about how quick the flight was. This flight was across North America.
I know that's not proof to anyone else

heathen,
Thanks for your reply. Though it does offer some wiggle room, it of course does not answer the seemingly objective numbers that a simple spherical earth does. Though not a surveyor myself, I do work with surveyors and understand the UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) projection and how distances are measured on the earth's surface. The evidence that I have seen points me to a spherical shaped earth. As much as I don't want to admit it, the LSC is correct and the earth is concave.
I have also stated though that the earth is in a sense flat, since space bends and follows Riemann Geometry instead of Euclidean Geometry (which only works on a small flat plane). We know that light bends, so why wouldn't the surface of the earth bend also? Kind of like a Mobius strip in all directions except without the twist.
Also, I don't doubt that the elite has such technology that they can travel at supersonic speeds. Of course they don't do it with planes but rather UFOs which utilize the ether energy from the world grid, and these UFOs follow the energy/ley lines. The late Bruce Cathie has solved this and written a few books on it.

Acenci,
I have to take exception to the Administrator Avatar on the IFERS forum. Take a closer look at the map of the Sydney, Australia to Santiago, Chile flight you made. If the above assertion is true then this flight would spend about half its time in the northern hemisphere, and it would cross over the United States. Now take a look at both of the latitudes of the two cities. They are both 33 degrees south latitude and change. This means that the flight is going to REMAIN in the southern hemisphere, and basically fly either due east or due west. The flight tracker would no doubt confirm this if it gives latitudes and longitudes of flights throughout their flight time.
